Using your goods or services as currency to purchase goods and services from other members of Trade Bank is the plan for this global business. This could be the currency of the future. Trades carry the same tax burdens as $USD or any other government backed currency. So, we'll still have an IRS looking for their portion of our traded services or goods. You do have the advantage of getting business from other members...which could increase your bottom line. Does anyone have experience with Trade Bank or something similar? Please let us know what you've learned.

I'm not sure what I sounds cool but I really don't understand why I need to pay taxes on traded services/goods. I was hoping to eliminate the IRS with something like this. My property manager worked for a company that was a member...she says it was great. They would trade advertising for services all around town. She would get her hair and nails done using tradebank dollars.
