This seems to fall right in line with what Leo & Kathryn were talking about this morning.
Outside of the major entrepreneurial hubs (Silicon Valley, NYC, London, etc.), there's just not enough deal flow to make investors (both Angel & VC) and accelerators as successful as they need to be.
What the article suggests: a not-for-profit entity educates the market, instead of tries to profit from it. I wonder what that sounds like!…
