Courtney Jones. I'm a professional mom who believes that mothers deserve better than the all-or-nothing career choice that so many are forced to make. As a result, I founded the MomForce Network. We are the only organization that provides recruiting services to forward thinking employers who wish to use flexibility as a means to recruit top talent for part-time, contract, job-shared, work-from-home or temporary employment.

What do you want from EOK? What are the top 3 items you need help with now?

I'm looking forward to engaging with other entrepreneurs who are excited to discuss business successes, challenges and best practices. I would love the opportunity to get feedback on our model and business plan from others as well as contribute to the success of other local businesses. I am comfortable in small and large group settings and want to be as active as possible.
