The top of this graphic is great news for all of us who develop business websites and search engine marketing. I knew this is how trends were heading, but it's good to see trends in a graphic representation. EOK is all about this in my opinion.

My business is growing to the point where I can't answer the phone if I am in meetings. If I am not in meetings, I cant make money. If I am in meetings, I cant answer the phone. I am looking at getting a local shared receptionist. Anyone know of a service of a shared receptionist that answers the phone with your businesses branding?
