Leonard "Leo" Knight - President

BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee Knoxville class of 1991. Worked for Rockwell Automation in Engineering, Management, and Sales. In 2000, formed DBR Systems, Inc. DBR Systems is an Automated Systems Integrator for Manufacturing Clients.

Real-Estate Investing Company, RK Properties, LLC which purchases 2-3 properties a year and holds them for rental income. Portfolio of properties includes Office, Retail, Restaurants, Commercial and Industrial Tracts.

Bright Software, LLC with a partner, Jay Albright, in Seattle, WA. Bright Software builds custom software applications, web services, content management systems, web based control systems. Partnering with clients on their projects to develop solutions which can be sold as services or finished products.

Jonathan M. Patrick - Director of Finance

Jonathan is a SVP of lending at UTFCU. He has carried a total of eight financial licenses and has been in the financial sector for twelve years. He has done over 90 million in debt/equity financing and worked with numerous start-ups from idea to launch and beyond.

Jonathan holds a bachelors’ degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelors degree from Strayer University in Accounting.

His personal goal for EOK members is to provide them with resources to answer business financial questions such as how to raise money and when.

Beth Foister - Director of Education

Beth is a business advisor that works directly with business owners to help them determine where they want their business to go, how soon they want to get there, create a plan to achieve their goals, and then hold them accountable to that plan.

In addition to the big picture outlook, she is an objective sounding board that helps her clients with the daily challenges they face which, includes helping them with creative problem solving.

As a Chemical Engineer and recovering entrepreneur Beth has intimate knowledge of the trials and tribulations of the business owner. Not only does she realize that the business owner has the toughest and loneliest position there is, she’s been there and done that.

Seth Anderson - Member at Large, President of Entrepreneurs of Pellissippi

A student at Pellissippi State, Hardin Valley campus and co-founder of BlackStorm Technologies, an affiliate marketing company, Seth is passionate about being an entrepreneur and helping others succeed as well. Seth is also treasurer of the Fountain City Toastmasters Club and a member of the American Marketing Association.

Walter Lounsbery - Secretary

Vice President of W & L Software Services LLC and General Manager of BestMeetingRooms.com.

Walt is a graduate of the Missouri Institute of Science and Engineering, with a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering.  He has worked in the software industry for 15 years with an emphasis on Microsoft tools and technologies.  He has consulted with Lockheed, the IRS, the Postal Service, JC Penney, HealthVision, Lennox, the Federation of State Medical Boards, and other firms.

Walt enjoys hiking, SCUBA, cruising, other travel, and flying a Challenger II out of Oliver Springs Airport.

Kerri Karel - Director of Communications

President of Key Elements Marketing Kerri's passion, both personally and professionally, is to use her experience to benefit others. She is currently working with small to medium-sized companies to develop and implement achievable and effective marketing strategies.

Kerri is a marketing and project management professional with over 21 years of experience. Her wide-range of experience includes online and traditional marketing; social media; ecommerce strategy; software project management and conference/event planning. She has a B.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of New Mexico and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix.
