Hey there EOK!
I am on the lookout for access to a central commissary kitchen in the Knoxville area to prepare all food for a new food truck venture. I have not had any luck as of yet, but I just started looking. I am working on the budget aspect of my business plan so I am just looking for pricing at the moment. Very simple space needed with light storage and the ability to add specific equipment. Please let me know if you have any ideas/connections for something like what I need.
